G74/IEC909 Fault Analysis

Main Features

These are standards which are set by electricity regulatory bodies, e.g. Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) to ensure that the electricity networks of distribution and power companies conform to safety standards. G74 are the British standards and IEC909 those set by the EC. Companies who design, build and maintain networks are bound by these regulatory standards and mandated to prove that their networks meet them. Hence users of power systems network analysis applications in the planning and design of these networks, such as DINIS, must also conform to these standards.

	DINIS (E) has been updated to ensure compliance with the G74 and IEC909 standards.
	New analyses have been incorporated into DINIS (E) to utilise the new G74 and IEC909 standards.
